Important Week 2 Updates For MCGP School

Back To School Parents Program has been changed to October 12 from 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM. (https://www.mcgpschool.org/single-post/2019/09/10/Back-to-School-Parents-Program)
Parent Portal. We are almost complete adding the new parents and uploading the student information. Some parents have received the log in information already but all parents will receive the information by the end of this weekend Insha Allah.
Field Trip. The field trip is scheduled for Saturday September 28 from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. It will be at Funplex!!! The permission form and all information related to the field trip will be available on our website this weekend Insha Allah!
New Dismissal Process. We ask all parents and staff to work together to help during dismissal. After you have picked up your child please do not block the main hallway as it gets very congested.
For Levels 4 - 9: The teacher will walk them to the main prayer hall at 1:00 PM. We ask that parents for the younger kids please try and pray with your kids so easier for you to exit the building. You are responsible for picking up your child from the prayer hall after Dhur prayer.
For Levels 2 - 3: They will pray upstairs with their teachers. We ask parents to please pray downstairs and not upstairs as there is not enough space. After prayer they will get their bags from their classes and then come downstairs using the stairs near MP1. Parents can pick up their children from that area.
For Levels KG & 1: They will pray upstairs with their teachers. After prayer the teachers will stay with them. Parents will use the stairs near the main entrance (right next to elevator) to go upstairs to pick up their child from the classroom. After the child has been picked up, parents should exit from the stairs on the far end of the elevator on the 2nd floor. Signs will be posted. Parents should not come down using the stairs right next to the elevator which they used to come up.
